Cost $1200.00
For a one time license
fee, you can acquire a license to use the most recent release of Screen Ace. There
is no limit to how long you can use it. For the base license fee you will receive
the following:
- Requested bug fixes for a period of 1 year (you must
submit an example demonstrating the bug.)
- Rights to distribute Screen
Ace with your software to your customers
- E-mail support (two business
day response time)
Here's what you don't get:
- Telephone
support
- Periodically released Updates and Enhancements
- Your customers
may not distribute Screen Ace in any manner
Support
Basic
Cost $400.00 per year
The Annual Support Agreement is highly
suggested. While on support you can expect the following pampering:
- All
Bug Fixes
- Updates and Enhancements released periodically
- E-mail
support (one business day response time)
- Access to an accumulation of
programs, libraries, and tools shared by other Screen Ace users

Telephone support may only be purchased in addition
to Basic Support.
Office Visit
Cost $100 per day.
With
an Office visit, you come here to Arkansas with your computer and programs and
sit here in the office with us, and when we are not on the phone we will answer
any questions you ask. You are responsible for your own expenses.
Updates
and Enhancements
Updates and enhancements will be distributed regularly
to everyone on Support. If you have not maintained support, and wish to acquire
all updates and enhancements you must purchase a new release. The price of this
type of upgrade will be 40% of Screen Ace's current price during the 1st year,
80% the 2nd year and full price beginning the 3rd year.
