Accounts Payable Listing

The system can either post your books on a cash basis or an accrual basis. If you are on an accrual basis and need the accounts payable posted each month, you simply take a menu option to post the accounts payable. If you are on an accrual basis, you can get reports at any time showing the invoices that are still owed. You can also get complete details of all entries as they are posted to the General Ledger.
