All the above reports can be printed on 8½" x 11" paper. A prior year comparative financial statement, a 12 month comparative statement, and a budgetary financial statement are also included in this package.

The user is in complete control of designing all of the above reports. You can control positions and names of all headings and categories, any footnote information, the starting print position of any item to be printed, spacing between any items to be printed, and selection of columns to be printed. You will also have the ability to determine if and when any dollar signs are to be printed, whether or not to reverse signs, when to space to new pages, when to print underlines, etc.

The flexibility of this system does not stop with the design of the statements. The account names shown on the financial statement do not have to agree with the actual names of your general ledger accounts. You can summarize any number of General Ledger accounts to the same account on your financial statement. The system will handle any chart of accounts. There are no mandatory account numbers. You have the ability to have a primary and a secondary format for your balance sheet, income statement and statement of changes in financial position. You can process adjustments to prior periods and reprint financial statements for any prior period (two year maximum).

The system also contains routines that will allow you to obtain consolidated statements on any number of different companies or funds.
