Description

The ACS Municipal Court system is designed for city and county level Municipalities. This system performs a number of functions and facilitates all reports necessary for day to day, month to month and yearly operation.

• Ticket Control
  • Record of all tickets issued by officers
  • Record of all outstanding tickets or voided tickets
• Citation History
  • Citation history can be retained as long as disk space allows.
  • History can be accessed by ticket number, drivers name, drivers license number (with name searches and docket confirmation)
• Docket Entry
  • Ability to process and track all citations
  • Multiple violations
  • Extracts fine amount, descriptions, and associated costs from supporting violation code file (with override provisions)
  • Ability to enter all information necessary to produce court dockets, etc.
• Court Scheduling
  • Ability to schedule or reset court case.
  • Ability to enter cases for different court dates at one time
  • Ability to produce a docket
  • Ability to produce an officers court schedule
  • Ability to enter witness and juror information
• Disposition
  • Ability to enter disposition on each case
  • Ability to change fine amount at disposition

  • Ability to record regular collections, time payments, bond collections and forfeitures, adjustments, and bad checks
