Disbursements Report

The system will allow you to disburse funds in three different methods. You can disburse funds once the person has been found guilty, or you can disburse the funds as the money is collected, or you can choose to disburse the funds once the case has been collected in full. The system will do all of your accounting under either method. You simply indicate which method you are using.

The system will produce a report (similar to your receipts journal) that will show the total funds that need to be disbursed to each agency or fund.
