Receipts Journals

The system will produce three different receipts journals at month end. The first journal will list all normal collections. The second journal will detail all bond forfeitures during the month. The third journal will detail all collections on time payments.

The first eight columns on each journal are fixed. You control all columns beyond that point. You can actually have sixty additional columns to get any spread on collections you may need. In the following examples, the court chooses to place all fines in the first column. They then added ten additional columns to get all of the breakdowns they needed.
