Ticket History

The system will keep a history of every ticket that has been given to your police department. As the tickets are assigned to the officers, the system creates a history record of every ticket. As the citations are processed, the system automatically updates this ticket history file. The file is also updated for dispositions and collections. There are many useful reports that can be pulled from this file. For example, the system will search for tickets that have not been properly processed, such as voided tickets or tickets that have been misplaced.

Another very useful feature of this ticket history is that the system will allow you to search for all violations on any individual. You have name search features, as well as drivers license search features.

These history records are short enough that you can retain the history for many years without filling your hard disk.

The above is an example of one of the reports that can be produced by the system. This particular report lists all tickets within a range of ticket numbers and shows the current status of each ticket.
