Docket Entry

These three screen shots show the data contained in each docket (case) record. There are help screens on each mandatory field and extensive edit checks on each field.

Behind each docket record is a complete breakdown of the fines and costs associated with the case. All costs associated with a particular fine are automatically pulled from your standard fine file. You can change or add new fines without effecting your existing docket records. You can also override the fine amount or costs on any docket without effecting your standard fine file.

The payment history is also stored with each docket record. The system can handle time payments (installments) and you can get complete history of all payments on each case.
