Tax Statement

The Tax Statement will be printed by the system. You can choose any format for you tax statement. At the time you order the system you should submit a copy of the form you have chosen. The programs will be modified to fit your form at no additional cost.

Normally you will use a three-part form, which can serve as a statement to the taxpayer, as a receipt document, and also as a permanent file copy.
