Welcome to ACS Software Support.

Our software support agreements have improved starting with version 4 of ACS software. Beginning with this release, you can choose a support agreement that will allow you to receive free software upgrades as often as once a month. This will allow users on support to get all new features immediately without ever having to upgrade again.

We still offer our standard support agreement which offers the same support as the new agreement, except it does not allow for free upgrades.

What do I get for support?

Our Software Support gives you the following benefits:

  • Free software updates (latest support agreements only)
  • Toll Free Phone support (up to 10 Hours a month)
    Monday-Friday 8 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm central time
  • Free E-Mail support (unlimited) (maximum 2-working day response time)

So basically, if you stay on our laatest support agreement, you will never need to purchase another software upgrade from us. You will have our latest software at all times, not to mention having your questions answered at no extra cost.

Requirements:

  • The new support agreement (the one allowing for free software upgrades) must be obtained during the first year of purchase.
  • Support must be paid annually for the agreement which allow upgrades. Regular support can be paid monthly or annually.
  • PC Anywhere must be installed at your location.

What if I don't want support?

  • You will still get 30 days free support from time of purchase.
  • Support can still be obtained at our standard hourly rate.
  • You will still get bug fixes free for six months following purchase.
